Jonathan O’Dell, assistive technology manager and training specialist at Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, discusses cochlear implants, assistive listening devices, movie theater access, Bluetooth streaming, amplified and captioned phones, applicable laws for communication, and making your home accessible.
